Gabriel

Born and raised in Argentina, Gabriel sure knows how to grill a tasty steak (his favorite? The tomahawk!) He joined our team last year October as sous-chef, after already having 14 years of experience in different kitchens, including a 3 Michelin star restaurant. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

It's his first time living in Europe, and if he's not in the kitchen you can find him wandering through Amsterdam 🚲

Gabriel can't wait to start grilling in our open show kitchen again, but also to explore more restaurants in Amsterdam himself. Say hi next time you see him!
